Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Israel.

Shipping is free and fully insured against loss or damage in transit until the parcel is delivered to you.

Orders are usually prepared within a few business days. Delivery times vary by destination and courier; an estimate is provided at checkout or by email. Limited‑edition or engraved pieces may take longer.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

For deliveries to the EU/UK we aim to ship on a duties‑and‑VAT‑paid (DDP) basis so the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise fees on delivery, where available. For some destinations outside the EU/UK, local import duties or taxes may be charged by your local authorities and are your responsibility.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; parcels returned as undeliverable may incur re‑shipping costs.
