The store is operated by Simon Michaelson (Authorized Dealer (Osek Murshe)), Sapir 4, Ramla, Israel, support@michaelson.watch.

Our watches are produced in limited editions. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in colour and finish may occur. We reserve the right to update specifications and to discontinue models.

Prices are set in EUR and converted to other currencies using live exchange rates. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. For deliveries to the EU/UK we aim to show all-inclusive (duties & VAT paid) pricing where available; otherwise local taxes may apply on delivery.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any amount paid.

We accept payment through PayPal and the HYP card gateway; instalments may be offered in Israel. Payment is processed securely by these providers.

Shipping terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Each watch also carries a 2‑year international warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory rights.

All content on this site — the MICHAELSON name, DSD shield, designs, text and images — is our property or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
